OSSAMA KHOREIBI

Executive Director of Strategic Affairs - Executive Affairs Authority

As the Executive Director of the Strategic Affairs Division at the Executive Affairs Authority (EAA) of Abu Dhabi, Ossama Khoreibi is responsible for taking the lead on significant commercial initiatives on behalf of the EAA.

His responsibilities span formulating strategic policy advice to the chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and interfacing between the EAA and the local and international private sector across a range of industries - with a particular focus on education, real estate, media and major events.

Khoreibi has previously held posts with the UAE Offsets Group, Dolphin Energy and Mubadala Development Company. He has also led the development of a number of strategic projects for the Government of Abu Dhabi. This includes the establishment of the Emirates Foundation and the launch of the inaugural 2005 Abu Dhabi Awards.

In addition to holding his position on the Flash Board, Ossama serves on the Board of Directors for Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority (Twofour54), Miral Asset Management, Tamkeen and PF Emirates.


EISSA SAIF RASHED AL MAZROUIE

Director – Special Projects Department - Abu Dhabi Culture & Heritage Authority (ADACH)

Eissa Al Mazrouie is responsible for the planning and the delivery of ADACH’s strategic initiatives in the media and film sectors.

In his capacity as director of ADACH’s Special Projects Department, he has set the strategy & vision for the Middle East International Film Festival (MEIFF), and spurred the development of the Abu Dhabi Film Commission (ADFC). He has also been an integral part in making a success of the Prince of Poets Festival – an event aimed at promoting and enhancing classical Arabic poetry.

Al Mazrouie has previously been associated with names of the stature of the Western Region Development Council, with whom he was a sector development manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration: Marketing from California State University.


H.E. REEM YOUSIF AL SHEMARI

General Manager - The Office of the Brand of Abu Dhabi

Senior Strategic Communications Advisor – Executive Affairs Authority

In her twin roles, Her Excellency Reem Yousif Al Shemari contributes towards the roll out and implementation of the Abu Dhabi brand and is responsible for providing strategic communications advice and program implementation to the Government of Abu Dhabi across all areas of its operations. These include policy development, international public diplomacy programs and special projects.

Al Shemari’s key career achievements include contributing to the creation of the Government of Abu Dhabi’s first-ever policy agenda for the Emirate. In addition to her positions at the EAA and OBAD and her Board member role with Flash, Al Shemari sits on the Board of Directors for the Abu Dhabi Media Zone (twofour54) and the Board of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

Al Shemari’s career thus far has seen her play vital roles in entities of the calibre of Zayed University and Mubadala Development Company.

She holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Zayed University, Abu Dhabi.


NOURA AL KAABI

Head of twofour54 tawasol

Noura Al Kaabi joined twofour54 in October 2007 during the start-up stages of the company. As Head of tawasol (one-stop-shop), Noura is responsible for services for companies locating in Abu Dhabi. This includes functions such as property management, encompassing commercial and residential services, support services, and government services.

The role of tawasol is to assist partner companies and their employees settle into Abu Dhabi life with ease.

Prior to joining twofour54, Noura held positions in HR and administration at Dolphin Energy Limited, in which she was in charge of taking role enunciation and job easements and as an IT support manager at the Zayed Military Hospital.

Al Kaabi is a Board member of Abu Dhabi Media Company, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Flash Entertainment. She also sits on the Advisory Board for Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) and Tawteen - an initiative by Emirates Foundation designed to empower young Emirati men and women to unlock their potential and pursue meaningful private sector employment.

Al Kaabi graduated from the UAE University with a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems.


SAMIRA MURSHID AL-ROMAITHI

Head of the Crown Prince's Agenda Section, Crown Prince Court, Abu Dhabi

Samira joined the Crown Prince Court in January 2007. As the Head of the Crown Prince's Agenda Section, she directs two teams and is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing His Highness’s schedule, as well as providing analyses and briefs.

Samira also leads a team that ensures seamless handling of His Highness’s guests for the F1 event. Other projects she has played a major role in includes her participation in the Restructuring Committee of the Crown Prince Court, which was set up to develop a highly efficient and effective organizational structure.

She is also Vice-President of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Committee, and co-leads a team that organizes tournaments and events that take place both locally and in more than 18 countries worldwide.

Prior to this, Samira worked as a Marine Biology Research Associate at the Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi where she played a major role in conservation projects of endangered species such as the Dugong and Sea Turtles.

In 2007, she also published a book called “You Are What You Eat” to help people suffering from eating disorders.

Born in Abu Dhabi, Samira holds a Bachelors Degree in Marine Biology from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University. She is also currently completing a second Masters Degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs at Zayed University.
