WWE made its live event debut bringing its action packed brand of entertainment to Abu Dhabi. The International Tennis Complex, Zayed Sports City hosted the WWE RAW World Tour in February 2012 featuring WWE Superstars* John Cena®, CM Punk®, Alberto Del Rio®, The Miz® and many more.

WWE currently has a strong TV presence in Abu Dhabi reaching more than 20 million households across the region with its flagship weekly shows, WWE Raw® and WWE SmackDown®. WWE Raw is broadcast on MBC and the Abu Dhabi Sports Channel, with WWE SmackDown seen on Orbit Showtime Network.

WWE programming is broadcast in more than 145 countries and 30 languages and reaches more than 500 million homes worldwide. In 2010 2.2 million fans attended 327 live events including 74 international events.
