Returning to UAE shores following her breathtaking 2008 New Year’s Eve performance, Shakira brought her distinctive Latin pop-rock sound and incredible Middle Eastern- and Latin-inspired dance moves back to the Island. Joining her for the evening was Amr Diab, three times award winner at the World Music Awards for his albums ‘Nour El Ain’ and ‘Aktar Wahed’. Shakira and Amr Diab were brought to Abu Dhabi by ‘du Live’! in association with Nokia.
